ISMS-P
Obtained certification for the Information Security Management System and Privacy Protection Management System as prescribed by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Personal Information Protection Commission.
- Scope of Certification : Operation of PLAYNC game services
- Validity period : January 17, 2024 – January 16, 2027
ISO/IEC 27001
Obtained certification for compliance with the international standards on Information Security Management Systems established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
- Scope of Certification : The Information Security Management System in all activities related to NCSOFT services. This is in accordance with the Statement of Applicability version 3.1
- Validity period : February 5, 2025 – January 23, 2028
ISO/IEC 27701
Obtained certification for compliance with the international standards on Privacy Protection established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
- Scope of Certification : PIMS in role as a "PII Controller" on all activities related to NCSOFT services. This in accordance with the Statement of Applicability version 3.1
- Validity period : February 5, 2025 – January 23, 2028
GLOBAL-CBPR
Obtained a global certification that evaluates a company's privacy framework in order to promote the worldwide free flow of data, as well as the effective protection of data and personal information.
The Global CBPR System Certification Mark™ is a trademark of the International Trade Administration/Office of Global Data Policy and Privacy, used with permission.
- Scope of Certification : Operation of PLAYNC game services (including personal data processed through 19 services such as PLAYNC)
- Validity period : August 5, 2025 – August 4, 2026
